本アプリが取り扱う情報は以下のとおりです。

各権限はアプリの機能提供のみに使用し、不要な情報収集には使用しません。
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方からの個人情報収集は意図しておらず、万が一収集が判明した場合は速やかに削除します。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページにてお知らせします。定期的にご確認いただくことをお勧めします。

The App handles the following types of information.
| User-entered data (health information) | Blood pressure values (systolic/diastolic), pulse rate, time-of-day (morning/noon/evening), and notes. This data is stored only on your device and is never sent to the Developer's servers. |

| Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) | If the App crashes, device model, OS version, and error stack traces are collected via Google Firebase. No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is included. |
| Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) | Anonymous usage statistics such as screen navigation counts are collected via Google Firebase. No personally identifiable information is included. |
| Purchase information (Google Play Billing) | Google Play Billing is used to verify Pro version purchases. Payment processing is handled by Google; the Developer does not obtain or store card numbers or payment details. |
| Google Drive backup | When the backup feature is enabled in Settings, record data is saved to the user's own Google Drive only when the user explicitly initiates a backup. The Developer does not access this data. |

Each permission is used solely to provide app features and is not used for unnecessary data collection.
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
